Here is a recipie for the Yum Yum sauce using Splenda- the light orange suace you get at some Japanese restaraunts. Great for dipping your grilled shrimp or meats into. Check it out, I think small amounts work ok for induction - I use a couple table spoons or less for a meal...save the rest. **Also..it will taste better after you put it in the fridge overnight. Tastes amazing
1 cup Mayonaise
2 table spoons granulated Splenda
2 table spoons Rice Vinegar
2 table spoons melted butter
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Galric Powder
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Splenda , rice vinegar, melted
butter, paprika and garlic powder. Mix well, cover and refrigerate. Makes about 1 cup -
* You may want to add more vinegar and/or Splenda to get it just right. Again, it will be a little thicker and tastier after 24 hours inthe fridge.
