  • My Own LC "Syrup"

I made low carb pancakes last Saturday and didn't want to use the sugar free syrup I have because it has 13 g of carbs in it. Most are sugar alchohols, but I don't want to take any chances! Anyway, here is my recipe:

1/2 stick butter, melted in a sauce pan.
    1-2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 pkt of Splenda

When the butter melts, mix the cinnamon and Splenda in and swirl it around the pan to brown the butter a bit. Pour over your panfakes. I thought it made my panfakes taste like a cinnamon bun.

Sounds good. I usually have whipped cream and strawberries with mine.
How did you make your pancakes?
