Is this allowed while on induction? Where do you find it?

Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but flaxseeds are allowed on induction, I beleive because it is considered a supplement.
Try making your own flaxseed cereal, I think it is much tastier. The recipe is listed under other at the bottom of the home page.
