I thought I was pretty smart to come up with this idea **pats self on shoulder** I was going to make myself an omelette the other night, and as I was starting to cut up the ham & mushrooms for filling, I got the idea of making a pizza rather. So I just beat the eggs, and baked a flat omelette. I then sprayed the pizza pan, transferred the omelette/pizza crust and placed all my favourite pizza ingredients on top (all legal) and baked it in the oven for about 25-30min. It was Yummy!!
