Simple, so I am sure it is on here somewhere, but just in case:
1 - 2.8 oz tuna cup (1 of the chicken of the sea individual cups in pks of 2)
shake of onion powder
shake of celery seed
1 Tblsp mayo (or less)
Mix ingredients well until the tuna sticks together but is not too mushy. Add a pat of butter to a non stick skillet - melt butter and swish it around the skillet.
Scoop the tuna mixture in the skillet and then fry on high heat. While it is frying, get together 1 cup of herb salad (they sell this in plastic tub thingys at my grocery store) on a plate.
Flip the tuna over, get out your Marie's Chipotle Ranch (OMG - this stuff *rocks*) and one slice of American cheese (cheese - not cheese food - what does that mean anyway? Cheese Food - sounds like something you'd feed to cheese)
Slap the cheese on the patty, turn off heat, let cheese melt a little, then slip the tuna patty onto your bed of herb salad. Top with a Tblsp of the Chipotle Ranch.
YUMMERS!
It is my newest addiction.
