  • soya flour recipe?

    can we use this flour on induction?
    can somone tell me what it tastes like?(ive no idea what soya tastes like)
    and is there any reciepes for this flour?

    It has a very strong taste when used alone. I recommend a combination of this flour with other lower carb flours such as whey protein, soy protein (doesn't tend to have that strong taste) wheat protein isolate, oat flour, vital wheat gluten. Experiment with proportions depending on what you're using it for.

      I like it with savory foods just fine..gravies, herb muffins, and coatings for chicken and stuff...but it is too strong for sweets...the only thing I found sweet that I liked was peanut butter cookies
