Da Vinci syrup recipes

I'm looking for recipes using Davinci syrups. I already know about the Italian ices and adding it to coffees. I just figure there's got to be some more creative ways to use them.

I use it as a flavoring/sweetener for my ice creams, flax meal cereal, flax wafers, and muffins. Generally, I substitute part of the water/liquid in the recipe with the syrup and decrease the amount of powdered sweetener.
