    Hi, I was wondering if anyone had an idea on how to make a cheesecake crust with flax meal?? I just bought some and wanted to make one. Thanks!

    A flax crust has a slimy texture because flax produces a thick mucilaginous substance when it is moistened.

    The most successful crusts I've made were made using ground almonds, walnuts, pecans, or hazelnuts.
