    Pork Rinds

I don't know where I found a recipe on here and I've searched and couldn't find it again. Does anyone have the exact (or close to exact) recipe using crushed pork rinds as a "breading" for your meat?? THANK YOU

Hi, I just throw the prok rinds into a food processor and process until they look like bread crumbs. Pour onto a plate.

In another bowl, I beat an egg. I dip the meat into the egg, let the excess drip off and roll it in the pork rinds. I also lightly press the pork rinds onto the meat (so they'll really stick).

I suppose you can season these pork rinds with whatever herbs and spices you want (I'd avoid adding more salt for obvious reasons).

    I hope that helps you.
