I ate at this seafood resturant the other day, and they had this wonderful greek chicken. I was wondering if anyone had a recipe to it? I don't even know for sure if it is low carb or not, but I'm sure someone would have the low carb recipe for it.

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 can diced tomatoes
1 package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed or broccoli
1 lb mushrooms, quartered
1 large onion, sliced into long thin wedges
3 cloves garlic, sliced thin
1/2 cup dry red wine
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon oregano, dried
black olives, sliced
green olives, sliced
feta cheese
There are probably a dozen Greek Chicken recipes but this is mine.
