Recipies needed for the introduction period

I have just started the Introduction period AGAIN. So Im looking for a few good recipies for meats and veg that I can make so as not to get board with the foods allowed. I dont want to fall off again. Also is vinegar allowed on the Introduction period? Thank you for your input. :tigger
