Bacon Egg "muffin"?

I read in another forum about a Bacon Egg "muffin" made in a muffin pan. Somone mentioned you could even add sausage at the bottom of the "muffin"? I was wondering if the sausage needs to be cooked first or do you use raw sausage, raw bacon, and raw egg? How long and what degrees do you cook it?

I tried to find the thread on the other forum but couldn't. I hope some of you know what I'm talking about?

When I make mine, I cook the sausage, and put it in the bottom of the muffin pan. Then I pour the mixture of raw eggs, cheese, and a little cream over the top.

I think this is what you're looking for. Pau makes some fantastic ones, and you can vary it by putting sausage or whatever you want.
