I had found some really cool recipies and I can't get to them any more. I get a response saying that they don't exisit although I can fint the topic. I nevere printed them out cause I could always get to them! Now what?

Tom, our board owner and administrator, decided that it would be a good idea to change the recipe format from forums to a database located here: www.lowcarbrecipes.org. So the forums were removed from public view and entered into this database.
Unfortunately there have been some technical problems with the database and all the data was lost. Other people have reported difficulty saving recipes and losing their work. So there may be some delay while the recipes are entered again.
I am sorry for the inconvenience, but there is not much I can do about it. You can always PM the board owner (tom) and ask about the change if you have any questions. I was not involved in this process at all so I am not really sure what is going on.
