    lemon or lime jello cheesecake
1 small carton of whipping cream (half pint)
    1 small lemon diet jello
    2 oz. softened cream cheese
    1packets of splenda
    vanilla

Whip the cream to soft peaks
desolve the jello in 1 cup of hot water
To the whipped cream add the hot jello mix, add the soft cream cheese, vanilla, splenda.
With your mixer, blend all these ingredients until smooth.

Pour this mixture into a glass or corning dish ( it will be runny ) and then place into your freezer or refrigerator. I put it into my freezer for 15 minutes and it setup.

If you want a soft dessert put it into the refrigerator, if you want a frozen dessert this freezes well. You decide

We love the lemon flavor , so I decided to experiment and see if I could come up with a winner, I think I did, what do you think?? we just tasted this and I know I will be using this recipe when I need to make a dessert for special occations.

this may be the one you are talking about?? :laughing

This recipe has been a Godsend for me and my husband!! I wish I could personally thank whomever wrote it up!!

        8 oz. heavy whipping cream
        8 oz. cream cheese
        8 oz. sour cream
        1/2 cup splenda
        1 tsp. vanilla

whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then set aside.
Mix the rest of the ingredients until smooth, fold in the whipped cream.

In a pinch, I have even used premade whip cream, like cool whip, I just watched the carb count!
