When I followed Atkins a year or so ago I had a great recipe for pancakes which included linseeds and cream cheese (or sour cream). Does anyone happen to have a recipe like this? Thanks.

The recipe is in the ADBB database under "flaxcakes" or you can look up "Trey's Flax Pancakes" in a search engine like Google.~Megs~
