"Apple" crisp??

Has anyone tried to make an apple crisp with the mock cinnamon apples recipe, and maybe the top made out of crushed up pork rinds, butter, cinnamon, splenda....

Just an idea, wanted to see if anyone tried it, or if it could be done... for induction
