Flax Meal Cereal or Flax Meal/Seed Crackers???

I've been searching for the past 1/2 hour and must be blind because I can't find the recipe I saw a previous time for Flax Seed/Meal Crackers or for Flax Meal Cereal.

Anyone??

Oh, and does the cereal work with the seeds or do I have to grind them up? I don't have a grinder, so that's why I ask.
