Baked Omelette

Have seen many posts about an omelette made in a baking dish and then eaten the next morning for a quick breakfast.

I used the search feature but couldn't find it.

Not sure I remember a 'baked omelette' but this is a recipe for a crustless quiche, and can be prepared in advance and eaten the next morning, very similar to an omelette:
