Can anyone tell me how to make whipped cream, and can it be used in induction?

Not sure if this is induction legal or not
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
splash of vanillia extract
1-2 packets of sweetner
beat with an electric mixer until stiff and enjoy -
It is induction legal, but be careful with how much you indulge! We are limited to 3oz cream a day and you must count your sweetener as 1 carb per packet. I love this, and have it as a treat once a week. Sometimes I out powdered baking cocoa in it and eat it like a mousse. Yum!!

Make sure the cream is right out of the fridge, and it helps it whip faster if you use a metal bowl and put it and the beaters in the freezer for a bit before using them. The cold helps the fat solidify faster, or something.

It's legal. Don't use pasteurized cream, though, as it won't whip as well. Also, you *can* make butter from it, so stop when it's still fluffy. It also increases dramatically in size, so use a big enough bowl (and don't ask how I know
)

About a week, in mine. I prefer it fresh though, so I'll make it up as I need it.
