What you should really be doing is trying to break your addiction to sweets entirely during Induction - it's an actual adjustment in your body chemistry that can help you lose a lot more weight and lose your taste for sweets.

This said, it's better to have an Induction legal dessert than to cheat. Many cheesecake recipes can be found that are induction friendly, containing only cream cheese, eggs and Splenda. I advise using liquid Splenda to save carbs, if you can find the stuff. Stevia is another sweetener alternative that is truly zero carb.

You can make a quickie cheesecake pudding by blending room temperature cream cheese, some sweetener to taste, and full fat sour cream. Chill it in the refrigerator before eating. It's delicious.

Naja, how would you break that down? How much liquid sweetner would use in place of splenda crystals?
