o.k., this recipe says pure vanilla or other flavored extracts - does that mean you cannot use vanilla extract? Also, did someone mention somewhere else on the forum a way to make a chocolate cloud? I have all the ingredients and can't wait to try them but need to know about the vanilla extract.
use imitation vanilla extract, the "pure" one has corn syrup
if you want to add chocolate, use approx. 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
also, make sure to let the butter and cream cheese get very, very soft before you start
Enjoy!!!!

If you believe it, you can achieve it!!! :capital:

pure vanilla doesn't always have corn syrup. If you ge tthe good stuff it is in an oil base.
Thanks for the tip! But, I have checked both my local grocery store and health food store and they all have had corn syrup in them, even the expensive ones?

I don't know what the grocery store has, I bought it at the local health food/co-op. I'll check out the brand name and let you know.
I made these last night and they are delicious. I'm sitting here at work thinking about them in my freezer at home. Hope I don't blow it and eat them all when I get home.
