I need help on the "powders" and "flours"

Is soy protein isolate the same thing as soy protein?
And is it induction safe to use nut flours?

I believe both of those soy things are the same, yes.
Nut flours are basically ground up nuts, and as nuts are not induction safe, no nuts flours.
I would avoid the soy flours and most of the low-carb 'bake mixes' on induction as well, keep it as strict as you can.

NulloModo, thanks for the help. They protein powders are ok for induction though right?
