Also, check out our cookbook down at the bottom and go to google and type in low carb recipes and you'll get 100,000 hits, mas o menos. LOL
What kinds of foods are you interested in?

Lets see, when I started I ate a lot of scrambled eggs with some sort of veggie like spinach, or tomato and onion and bacon. Couldn't believe I could eat bacon and lose weight

Lunch, salads like Taco with out the chips, Tuna, Egg, Chicken and Cobb. In winter I do soup

Dinner was geneally steak or chops or chicken and a veggie and when I was good a dessert. LOL

When you sit down to plan your meals, post them in the review my menu up and the experts will check it out for you. also fitday.com is a great free resource.

          I have used www.lowcarbcafe. com
www.allrecipes.com At all recipes they have a link closer to the bottom I believe for low carb recipes. I love that website. NOt so much maybe for the carb recipes, but for them having almost anything.

WOW, I wasn't expecting that many replys! Thanks everyone, this really helps alot!

Desertthorn, I'm not sure what I will be eating. I'm coming from a pizza-wendys-boxed food diet! (lol) I don't know how to cook so Im trying to learn now. I can make eggs though so I should be alright! Any ideas would be helpful.

            Thanks again everyone!
