I am not very good with what seasonings go well together. Anyone have a good one to put on grilled salmon? I like foods with a kick to them, also.
Thanks,
Kelly

I like cajun seasoning. This is really good if you blacken the salmon rather than grill it, but you can also grill it with the cajun seasoning.
I also like to broil salmon. I pour a little olive oil on it, salt, pepper and fresh dill, then broil it.
I also like to prepare it with no seasoning, and after it's done cooking, I whisk together wasabi and soy sauce, and serve it on the side, and dip the salmon in the wasabi/soy mixture.
Ooh, the wasabi and soy sauce sound yummy. Can't wait to try. It is induction friendly, I hope?

less is more if it is wild salmon..otherwise ..dill or fennel are classics you can take parchment paper (this is easy I promise!) and put some butter down in the middle then put a slice of onion, a pice of fresh fennel or dill the salmon on top and butter a slice of lemon and some more of the fennel or dill then make a package by folding it up bake at 375 for 10 min an inch ...it is wonderful!
