You can certainly experiment with those ingredients, but try this one also.

1/4 cup Soy Flour or almond meal
    1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
    1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
    5 Packets Splenda
    2 T Melted Butter
    1 T Water
    1 Egg

How To Prepare: In 2-Cup Pyrex baking dish blend well left column (flour, cocoa, baking powder, splenda). Add water, melted butter and egg. Blend thoroughly with fork. Cover with plastic wrap (To vent, cut small slit in center of plastic wrap). Microwave on high 1 minute or until knife comes out clean. Cool a bit; eat warm with whipped cream or cool completely to ice.

        Brownies - induction friendly!

        How about:

        60 grams of cream cheese
        1 tblsp butter
        1 tblsp almondbutter
(or peanutbutter, but that's gonna cost twice as much carbs!)

        Soften in microwave.
        Then stir in:
        1 egg
        sweetner to taste
        1 tblsp cocoa
        vanilla aroma if desired
and make a nice, even liquid mix

I have a 6-cup silicone muffinpan and put 2 tblsp of mix in each hole.
Nuke for 2 minutes et voila! Brownies!

This recipe is proved (by me) and since this week I have altered the recipe in order to get more (more more!).
Just by adding 1 tblsp flax seed en 2 tblsp water with the cream cheese and butter. I will try to add more water and see if I get the brownies done. With the added water I microwave for 2.5 minutes.
Ok, there not brownies... but with a litte imagination ...
