    Pork Rinds recipes ...

    I have heard of using crushed up pork rinds as breading on chicken & pork. Ha ha, I just realized the irony of breading pig meat with pig skins.

    Does anyone have any recipes using pork rinds as breading?

      I heard to use them as breading to make cheese sticks one time. I tried it a few nights ago and I must have did something wrong because it wasn't pretty and tasted awful :thumbsdo:

          The best results are often gotten by combining more than one type of low carb flour substitite. Try crushed pork rinds, some seasoning, shredded Parmesan cheese and a dash of low carb bake mix and see how you like those results.
