Flaxseed Recipes?

Can anyone please post their flaxseed recipes here:
(I've heard of flaxseed crackers & flax hot cereal) Does anyone have good recipes for those?
Or do u have ANY other flaxseed recipe?

flax pancakes

1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of baking powder
1 pack Splenda
pinch of salt
2 T cream or water
2 eggs
butter to fry in
mix well and cook in butter like a pancake...
