Chicken drumsticks??

Chicken drumsticks??

I have these large drumsticks sitting in the freezer for a while. Does anyone know what i could make with these. I don't want to make hot wings, because they are too big and the sauce cannot get into it.

Ummmm...had um last night. Crush up a bag of pork rinds really fine. Dip the legs in eggs, dredge in pork rinds and fry in oil.....sooo goood.
