Any ideas on what's it? How its made?? Recipe ideas??

Went to a great local Italian restuarant--I always get the chicken ceaser salad because its homemade ceasar dressing omg, almost good enough to die for.

Anyways, my dad and his gf ordered the lobster bisque and I've never heard of had it before so I stole a bite.

There is no way this is not ladened with carbs. I asked the cook and through broken english he told me it was his momma's recipe and he had instructions not to share the recipe unless he got married. I think he was joking with me. I hope he was joking with me. This was sooo good, the recipe needed to be yelled from the rooftops. Anyways, ended up leaving empty handed.

I know there was lobster, I know there was cream, and I know there was tomato. HELP!! I can almost still taste it, and I repeat how good it was, there must be a lc version!!!

It depends on how it's made. The lobster bisque recipes I have are too time-consuming because it involves making a stock from boiling the lobster shells in order to give it that intense lobster flavor. Then it's thickened with a roux....

Anyhow, I looked around the net and found this recipe that looks low carb
