Hi, I need as many as possible. I'm dying over here eating cheese and meat, and the veggies. I'm not a "cook" per say, so I need help!! I love one dish meals. Anything will do, my taste buds love about everything.
Thanks

Re: Any Induction/Extended Induction Main Course Meals (anything)??
Oh Nikki, If you can get Dana Carpenters 15 minute Low Carb Cookbook. She has some of the best quick recipes I have ever tasted and they her recipes use real food and not stuff you need to find at some obscure grocery store. She as tons of burger ideas and slow cooker ideas, and stir fry ideas.
Actually one of the best recipes that I use is to get a package of link sausage, I use the Hot Italian but anything would be okay and I slice them into ahhh slices and stir fly them until just about done, then I add onions, mushrooms, zuchunni, and red and green peppers and cook up everthing until they are done. Delicious and filling and legal.

Re: Any Induction/Extended Induction Main Course Meals (anything)??
This is the best site IMO for recipes:
http://users3.ev1.net/~fontlady/recipes.html
linda has marked all the induction recipes with a '*' If you'd like a one dish meal try the Italian casserole http://users3.ev1.net/~fontlady/italian_casserole.html
I have it over 'riced' califlower, and serve it to the family over egg noodles. tastes even better the next day as leftovers!
also do you have a slowcooker? i recently bought one and it's great for making easy one dish meals that you can put on in the a.m...go to work and it's done when you get home! i don't know how i lived w/o it! you can google crockpot or slow cooker recipes and you'll get back hundreds! many are low carb, or can be adjusted.
Hope this helps.Jen, 39, F
