Any advice or receipies for breakfast that aren't "eggs and bacon?" I have my husband working the plan with me, but he's getting tired of eggs every morning. (I'm in the induction phase so our options are limited.)
You can eat anything that's on the list for breakfast. You don't have to have what is considered "breakfast food" Sometimes I have leftovers from dinner the nite before, or ham and cheese roll ups. I like the quiche recipe in the back of the DANDR cause you can pick whatever veggies, meat and cheese you like and customize it, I know its still eggs, but its seems a little different. there is a recipe posted somewhere for some muffin looking thingys that Pau invented, you might look thru past posts to see if you can find it. Look in the recipes for flax recipes, there is a bread you can make that is good toasted with butter and cream cheese on it.
As they say, 'think outside the box", anything goes that's legal.

Here is the link to Pau's recipe, unfortunatley the pictures are no longer there - bummers, but she made them in muffin tins and they looked delicious!
