chicken with garlic sauce

Anyone have a good recipe for chicken with garlic sauce, like the kind from a chinese restaurant? Of course no cornstarch or sugar, just a nice spicy garlicy sauce for boneless skinless chicken?

Slice the chicken in thin strips and saute in butter and crushed garlic, stirring often to keep the garlic and the chicken juices from burning. If desired you can thicken with a sprinkle of xanthan gum, guar gum, psyllium husk powder or ThickenThin NotStarch, but it's not really necessary.
