I found a recipe around here somewhere for a lemon dessert that used ff/sf vanilla pudding and lemon koolaid powder. I forgot to save it and I want to make it for Easter brunch and I'm going crazy looking......Please help me! Even if you don't know that one any kind of lemon-y dessert would be greatly appreciated!

How about lemon clouds ?
8oz pkg cream cheese
1 stick unsalted butter
1/4 cup splenda
1 tsp lemon extract
Whip until fluffy
Drop by teasp on a greased cookie sheet & freeze
When frozen store in ziplock bag in freezer
