Flax seed bread

I know this has probably been posted numerous times however I have not been able to find it. I am looking for a recipe for flax seed bread. I bought some flax seed last night and am waiting to use it. My boyfriend would be very happy to have a piece of some sort of bread so I want to be able to make this! His success on Atkins helps me stay motivated too. If he's down about this it's hard for me to be positive. Please help!
