    The real recipe is:
    cookies (Italian biscuits)
    mascarpone cheese
    sugar
    eggs
    coffee
    Amaretto (an almond liquor)
    Cacao powder

It´s one of my favourite desserts!!!

So .... let´s improvise ...... I guess if you beat 2 whites, then you mix the whites (carefully) with the yolks and some cream cheese and some splenda, 1 tbspoon decaffeinated coffee and you also add a little Amaretto (just 1 tbspoon can´t be so bad) and put it in the fridge and before eating you sprinkle cacao powder (pure, without sugar) ..... well ...it does not sound bad .... what do you think?

      Question!

What do you use instead of the Italian Biscuits?

      Sounds great though!

I guess any LC plain cookie or any LC cake cut into thin slices. Don´t have any recipe of those. I´ll check in Linda´s web! http://users3.ev1.net/~fontlady/recipes.html
