If it´s not little I like to open the fish (as if it was a book) and cook it in oven for 8 minutes and 200 ºC.
Then I fry in a pan, in some olive oil a minced garlic clove, add some paprika powder, remove before it burns! and add 1 tbsp. vinegar (careful! it splashes) and sprinkle over the fish.
I don´t know If I´ve explained myseld correctly
I´m my best friend and my worst enemy.

How about blackening it. Coat it with blackening spices and sear it in a very hot iron skillet..YUMMIE!
