Marinate in sesame oil, crushed garlic and a bit of soy sauce. mmmm.

My dad, bless his soul, depending on what you can have, stuffs his with spinach and garlic and feta, or just a tich of dried apricot, sausage and I think rosemary. OMW... I could eat it all day.

I like to salt and pepper it and put it in the crock pot with sauerkraut and a little water and slow cook it until it falls apart.

Same way but with: onions, mushrooms, 2 tbsp. creme frâiche, 1/2 glass white wine, salt&pepper and 1 tsp. paprika powder.

          A favorite at home is:
Cut the tenderloin into stir-fry size pieces, marinate in soy sauce w/ some ginger and/or Garlic for about 30 minutes (while you prep the veggies.)
Cut up some veggies (I typically use green beans and zuchinni).
In a skillet heat some oil add a dash of red pepper flakes and a bit of chopped garlic. Toss in the green beans, when they are almost done, toss in the zuchini.
Take the veggies out and keep them warm.
Add the marinated pork to the hot pan (don't add the marinade -- yet)
toss the pork until is is browned, If you want to, add in some of the marinade and
let it cook down a bit. Then add the veggies back in to reheat.

I also like to butterfly it and spread feta and spinach on it then roll it up and tie it. I then put oregano, parsley, garlic etc on it and roast.

Also I make my own bbq sauce and pour over it (sf ketchup, worcestershire, garlic, sf maple syrup, salt pepper, whatever else i can think to throw in) and jsut throw it on a hot grill and bbq it (whole). i keep brushing sauce on as it's grilling. It comes out amazing.

              is absolutely delicious!!
Looks fancy, but it's really very simple.
The first time I made it we almost licked the frying pan clean!
I make it with chicken breast as well..SO good!
