  • Need some ideas!!

    Recently received this recipe from a friend and although it is good you have to keep it in the freezer or it gets too soft to eat and you have to use a fork... What can be added or taken away to make it more firm out of the freezer? Thanks, Juls

    Reduce the vanilla to one teaspoon and the cream to half a cup. Add 1/2 cup of either wheat protein isolate or whey protein. The wheat protein will give better results, if you use the whey protein you might end up adding a little more.
