I bought a package of ground chicken breast and I was wondering if anyone knows of a cool way to use it?

you can use it any way you aleady cook regular chicken or burgers. white chilli is good
make fake chicken cordon bleu like stuffed meat balls
stuff chicken balls with creamcheese and spinach mix

you could even make a faux pizza using the ground chick as the crust
