  • Chocolate Coating

    Trying to come up with a recipe for chocolate coating. I have made a couple of efforts... but failed!
    I'm using sugar twin for my sweetener... maybe that's my problem. Does that break down at high temps???

    I'm not sure about sugar-twin, but there is a sugar substitute out called Whey Low, which supposedly acts just like real sugar.

    Unfortunately it does have a carb count, and is not acceptable until the latest stages of OWL and Maintenance.
