  • Steaks..YUMMY!

For those of you who love to griil your steaks...try this...you'll flip out!

Use Top sirloin steaks and also, pork shoulder steaks too. Get the grill HOT HOT HOT then put 'em down. Get McCormick "Montreal" steak seasoning and sprinkle the up side. Once they're down, cook the down side side the most like 80% of the cooking (never flip steaks more than the first flip they dry out that way) Ok, when it's 80% done.. flip it.. and it should be charred real nice..now sprinkle the second side and cook to where you like them. All the juices will remain on this side, keep it there! enjoy.

    It is unbelievable!

Mmmmm...steak my favorite. That Montreal Seasoning is good stuff. I like to make my steaks with Cajun Seasoning. Total carnivore here.

I agree. Montreal Seasoning is really good although just plain kosher salt and freshly ground pepper is pretty darn good as well. It is hard to mess up a good steak. (Finding a good steak sometimes is a bit more difficult -- pays to know your butcher or meat cutter.)

I didn.t know they had it, guess I gotta go look harder huh! Try the montreal for steaks on the pork shoulder steaks too. That's killer for pork. I guarantee you'll find an all new respect for the taste of a pork steak.
