    Re: meat marinade

so you want a basic one?

you need an acid a flavor and some water
so for your acid you can use vinegar or jucie of a low carb fruit acceptable to induction like lemon or lime

for your herbs what flavor are you looking for? mexican, italian, bold and spicey? do you have a favorite already mixed up herb mix? if so make sure it is sugar and starch free and use it.

you will have to leave out the sweet part as Splenda will not drive the osmotic presseure gradient like sugar does in a marinate.

soy folk use soy sauce and get bothe the acid and flavor but again check your bottle and know it has carbs in it.

      Re: meat marinade

My favorite marinades that I use for all meat consist of vinegar, enough water to cover meat, a good douse of garlic, salt and pepper. That is my basic - it's good by itself or you can add Montreal chicken seasoning (my favorite and goes with ALL meats) or some hot sauce, or other spices.

garlic!!! rub it with garlic good for candida and great for taste
Dryed spices can be mold contaninated too. do you have an herb garden so you can get fresh? Rosemary is easy to grow and easy to use hot peppers too.
