  • DaVinci syrup is here...

My DaVinci syrup arrived today and I have nothing to do with it now (I don't drink coffee). I have lemon-lime, caramel, gingerbread and peanut butter. Anyone have any ideas on how to use it?

well don't tell brook I told you since you are supposed to be killing your sweet tooth but mix one T of the flavor you like with 1 ounce of softened cream cheese. whip it up real good and then let it chill hard a gain and eat like fudge.

you can use them to flavor your flax muffins or "bread" too.

I did this tonight and it was ok...

      1 T. DaVinci caramel
      1/4 c. pumpin
      2 oz. cream cheese

I think I will try cream cheese and the peanut butter one tomorrow (without the pumpkin of course).

oh and on fitday.com you will need to hit the custom food button to input your syrups but then they will be stored there so you can use it again just remember to save it.

Thanks 2big...I did record them right though? Didn't I? I added 1 carb for the tablespoon. Is that correct?
