Bread!!

Is it possible to make bread in a breadmaker, and not use Any Atkins products, but still keep to Atkins Induction.

Any ideas gratefully received!!

Bread on induction is very difficult. You can make some sort-of breadlike things using flax, but you go over your daily flax allotment.

During induction you should simply not even try to have anything breadlike, once into OWL you can start to play around with the mixes and whatnot a little bit more.
