Here's what I do - I layer fresh mushrooms (any kind) on the bottom of a casserole dish (if you're not crazy about mushrooms just layer some cheese because it won't stick) drizzle some olive oil over them then spread a little bit of salt on them. Then I use 1 can of tomato sauce and mix in Basil, garlic and favorite spaghetti seasonings (make sure it's a can without added sugar and only has about 3g carbs per serving) and drizzle it over the mushrooms. Next, I layer slices of mozzarella and top with favorite meat toppings. Makes a nice, dense pizza casserole. A scoop of this will do ya for a while. You'll have to calculate your carbs for the whole thing based on how much you use of everything but when I calculate mine it ends up being about 20 g net carbs for the whole huge casserole dish and about 4g carbs per 1 cup serving.

For a quick pizza like meal. I take a small plate, spread a bit of ricotta cheese on it, cut up a few mozzarella cheese cubes then put some pepporoni on top and nuke it in the microwave for three minutes. All low carb friendly~Always satisfies my craving for the real deal. *(you could add other things as well, I just like pepporoni pizza)*

I absolutely LOVE this pizza. My sweetie made it this past weekend, and agreed that it's addicting. However, you have to be careful not to eat too much. In addition, since there's a lot of cheese in it, you pretty much won't want to eat any other cheese for the day...
