Bake mix, jam and peanut butter

Hi there.

I don't think Atkins products are available in Sweden (where I'm located). Can anyone advise me on how I could make my own? It's also seemingly impossible to get sugar free jam (jello) or sugar free peanut butter. Again, any recipes would be most gratefully received!

You can't buy natural peanut butter in sweden? You could make somethign similar just by throwing lots of peanuts into your food processor.
