I just bought the atkins quick cuisine bake mix and wanted to make muffins and need a recipe using atkins bake mix or could I just use a regular recipe and substitute bakemix for flour.

Re: Cranberry orange muffins
There's a recipe in the recipe section of DANDR 2002 for zucchini muffins. It used the Bake Mix. You can follow that recipe substituting the zucchini with cranberry/orange.
