Looking for a really good sugar free cake recipe!

Hi everyone,

I'm new here! I was hoping someone could give me a recipe for a good tasting sugar free cake appropriate for a birthday. The cake is for my soon to be 3 y/o son who has been raised sugar free. It doesn't have to be totally Atkins legal since I won't be eating it! Any suggestions?

I buy the Atkins Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix and make cupcakes out of them with some homemade cream cheese icing (cream cheese and Splenda). They rock!
