    I am looking for the Cheese Danish recipe...I think that is what it's called.....Thanks in advance

    you can nuke this one and make it as fancy or as easy as you want.

    2-3 ounces cream cheese depending on your tastes and your WOE
    1-2 eggs "
    1 packet sweetener of choice
    cinnamon to taste I use 1/4 t


    soften cream cheese in the cooking bowl about 20 sec in microwave and mix sweetener and cinnamon with it. Use all or save some for icing.

    Add egg or eggs depending on protein needs and taste. mix them and cream cheese. leave lumps so it is more like real thing.
    Nuke until set. abot 90 seconds in my microwave.
    Ic with remaining cream cheese mixture if you saved any for this purpose.
    Eat with spoon from bowl. Some folks add butter too.


    You can use SF jam instead of cinnamon, Davinci syrups or even extracts for flavoring. the possiblities are endless.

        I can have this on induction right....well actually the 2 weeks was over yesterday but I am gonna stay on it for a few more weeks

          How many carbs in the danish?? :P :P :P

            depends on how you make yours.
            eggs are .6 each
            cream cheese will depend on the brand you are using but is around 1-2 per ounce
            sweetener is 1 per packet
            cinnamon is .59 net carbs per teaspoon
            I add flax seed meal to mine for the fiber and at 2T is a zero carb food.

              Thank you sooo much for the Mock Cream Cheese Danish recipe. I made it for the first time this morning and WOW..so much better than just plain ole eggs. This is definately a keeper..Thanks 2big4mysize! *Hugs* Misty

                I just had this for lunch. sigh....it wasn't bad........I am a great baker and this is the hardesr part of the diet. I kept looking for the crunchy doughy danish part next time I will add pecans or almonds to it. Thanks for the recipe.
