egg crepes>>????

Hi! I wanted to make them kinda llike pancakes, add some cream cheese & sf jam. Could i microwave the egg 1 at a time or do i use a skillet?? BTW I am no chef, so how do i flip the thing?? :hug

It's quite easy to make thin egg crepes with nothing but very well beaten eggs and maybe a dash of heavy cream. Find any standard crepe recipe on the net and follow the directions but not the ingredients.

I'm sure you can find that on Google, but if you really truly can't figure it out after making at least one fair attempt to do the research yourself, post again and I'll write up my notes on the procedure.
